7:30 p.m. — “Heure exquise” Recital
Soprano Marie-Caroline Kfoury, baritone Fabrice Roy, and pianist Aurore Ilien will bring the works of Emma Calvé, Jean-Baptiste Faure, and Teresa Carreño to life.The program features works by Fauré, Hahn, Chaminade, Satie, Messager, and Lehár, blending grace, elegance, wit, and the exhilaration of the waltz.
8:45 p.m. — Dance Takes Over the Salons
Few dance steps from the late 19th century will gradually shift the evening toward a more festive atmosphere.
9:00 p.m. — Cocktail Reception and Ball
In the winter garden, a refined cocktail reception will be hosted by Morisset Riviera Traiteur, led by Chef Jordan Morisset. Meanwhile, in the Van Loo Room, it’s time to dance! Throughout the evening, artist Beatriz Olivera Lara will create portraits of guests who wish to be painted.
10:00 PM — One Last sweet Treat
Because a beautiful reception deserves a gourmet finale!
Dress code : Belle Époque attire or a few 1885-inspired accessories are highly encouraged. A vest, a brooch, a hat, a shawl, a pair of gloves, or a few well-chosen details are often enough to create the look.
